😊: We had the best stay we have had at a property in France. The property was exactly what we were looking for and super relaxing, the beds were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely return.. 😢: The only thing i would suggest would be to give better instructions on how to keep the pool clean as it did get a bit dirty around the edges we did net it every day..

😊: Comfortable stay overall. Practical touches appreciated: WiFi, Netflix, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer – all very useful for a family. Pool was a nice feature Lovely open garden space with many trees and a lot of land. House was clean on arrival. 😢: Lacked holiday-rental feel, felt more like staying in someone’s personal home with trophies and personal belongings in cupboards. Sofas and armchairs in poor condition, literally falling apart, making the living area uncomfortable. Garden full of weeds and dead plants, creating a poor first impression. Pool not properly maintained – only cleaned by a robot and still required manual cleaning before each use. Mix of old and basic flat-pack furniture gave the interior a tired, thrown-together feel. Some bedrooms had limited wardrobe space; one had none at all. One toilet door jammed, trapping a child inside; had to be dismantled to open and left unusable for the rest of the stay. Overall functional but not truly guest-ready; needs investment in maintenance, furnishings, and presentation..
