😊: Location is convenient and it was nice being able to park in the Victoria Hugo parking garage. Concierge people were responsive and kind.. 😢: You need to bring your own bedding and towels. There isn’t even a dish towel. The mattress was very mediocre, and the lock on the door is cumbersome. Sort of an escape game in reverse. I admit that I did not read the fine print about this and got surprised by the text message saying that I needed to provide bank details before 16h to get access info to do the caution and another one for the bed linens and towels. I bought the bed linens in town in a cheap shop, just to avoid the hassle doing the bank stuff etc just to get some. The apartment is clean and well furnished, however the mattress is thin and uncomfortable and I had to sleep like a starfish to spread the weight to avoid shoulder, hip and back pain. I am like the princess and the pea, I admit it. You have to take trash out, before you leave park your car again elsewhere to return the parking car, all before ten. Overall, not a great experience for me..
