L'Ecrin - Charmant logement entre Paris & Disney

😊: It was very good for us to get such a great apartment to stay i will surely recommend other people as well. And the best part was the Spar market which was very easily accessible from the apartment😇.

😊: Separate toilet/bathroom, modern building (elevator, entrance, code for entering the building...), easy key take over, good noice protection windows (morning crowdy street), grocery shop under the apartment 8am-9pm (fresh croissant in the morning), induction cooker, spacy apartment, clothes hanger. Quick replies from the host, but mostly the answers were too general and not handy (automatic answers or agency?).. 😢: We had a completely different experiences that the previous 4 reviews (only 9 and 10) which helped us to decide for this property! Dirty apartment: hair on the carpet floor and in the wardrobe, (used?) bed linen with hair, stains and small dirt, stains on the sofa, dirty tablecloth and glass stains on the kitchen counter, dirty closet under the glasses and a cup, mold in the bath; bad maintenance (kitchen and wardrobe furniture, unfixed kitchen pipe, movable top of the kitchen table, worn toilet, uncomfortable beds - uncosy/hard separate beds in one room and worn in "U-shape" which is very unpleasant for matrimonial bed, low quality towels (wet in one hand washing), only one tea cup for 4 people, only French programmes on TV; distant location from the Paris centre attractions and Disneyland (you need 1 hour or more) - you have to take a bus + RER + metro in most cases. Before leaving, I informed the host that things were not ok and will write a review on that. The next day Booking informed me of the host report on some damage to the property during our stay with a payment due which was very unprofessional and not sincere of them. Or, on the other hand, it indicates that the apartment was not cleaned before our staying and that the damage was done by the previous guests... Regarding all of the above, I recommend to avoid this property and the host and I can not recommend the place. This is the first time that we've had a bad experience with Booking reservation and I will notify them as well..
