😢: Not clean and very old property.

😊: Very close to train station.

😊: Nice building. Quiet suburb however noise from nearby planes and trains. The host was responsive. 2 mins from Cernay station which is 20 minutes to Gare du nord but to travel to the main attractions in Paris you need 1 hour.. 😢: It was not very clean. There were hairs on the bath mat, bedding for sofa bed, the cot was dirty, there was a used child’s plaster found in our bed and some of the ‘clean’ cutlery in the kitchen dirty. The deposit request is diabolical. €300 euros taken upfront and outside of the booking.com platform. It has taken 3 days to receive a refund and despite being promised a full refund after our stay, it has come back short. I have had to waste time flagging this with my bank. They are now investigating. I have stayed in countless holiday apartments and hotels and never had a request like this. A previous reviewer mentioned this issue and I wish I listened. Beds were uncomfortable. Fine for one night or two but no more..

😢: They are robert be really , really , really careful with your caution because they gonna add extra charge without any justification or proof ! And the caution is 300€ so it's better to add 10€ on your reservation and go to another place.
