😊: The location of this apartment is perfect. Right in the heart of Royan and just minutes from the beach. It is a big apartment, very clean, with all the facilities that you require. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. We were going to the concert of the Violins on the beach so this was a perfect location.. 😢: The bed is small and the mattress is soft. As you are right in the centre of Royan - it is very noisy with traffic and people, if you sleep with the window open. I suppose this is the price you pay for being in the centre of the town. The apartment is very large and as it is an old apartment, the wooden floors are noisy/squeaky when you walk around..
