😊: The hosts were very helpful and friendly and greeted us on arrival. It is a beautifully maintained property, refurbished to a high standard. The air con was excellent and very much needed in the 37 degree heat. It’s a short drive to lots of gorgeous beaches with rustic beach bars. The property is situated in the village 2 minutes from a fabulous bakery, mini supermarket and a short walk to some very good restaurants. The food in the village and beach restaurants was really outstanding. There’s plenty of room for a family and the little pool was a welcome dip to cool down. A car is essential if you want to go to the beaches and explore the area..

😊: A beautiful stay in the heart of Portiragnes village. The house has been finished to a very high standard with 2 brand new bathrooms & AC in both bedrooms & downstairs. The plunge pool is a fantastic addition alongside the roof terrace & the garage should you require additional parking. Amandine was a wonderful host; very friendly & quick to respond to any questions. Having stayed in the area 4 times now this is by far the best place we have stayed. I would highly recommend L’ecurie!.

Thoughtfully furnished with modern touches, it’s well-equipped throughout. The private ground-floor garage is a real bonus. Upstairs, the spacious terrace is completely private—ideal for unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening. The small swimming pool is a great addition, especially for families with young children. Portiragnes itself is a charming and peaceful base for exploring the Languedoc region, with highlights like Pézenas, Carcassonne, and Narbonne all within easy driving distance. Highly recommended for a relaxed stay in the south of France.. 😢: The pillows weren’t particularly comfortable, and the beds were on the firm side. Of course, comfort is subjective and can vary from person to person..
