😊: Good location, spacious and well equipped. 😢: Stairs were dangerous especially the top step which was a greater drop than you would expect, loose flooring around the top. Shower door fell off when I went to close it, familiar with the fitting so easy to lift back on, however the runners at the bottom were filthy. No plugs for the bathroom sinks, no hope if you drop any jewellery in the sink, no chance to wet shave. Bathroom door didn’t close ! Didn’t like the sign and possible penalty for recycling, bins were overflowing when we arrived so took the rubbish with us when we left. Finally 2 Nespresso pods for a two day stay, not very generous! It very much looks like the property has work going on, cupboard door in the hallway open laden with paint pots..

😊: Very clean and well equipped. A nice apartment spacious and would easily accommodate 4 people. The double bed was great. There was plenty of cupboard space and place to hang clothes.. 😢: The apartment was freezing cold. It took half the night to heat up to a comfortable temperature. The toilet/shower room door does not close and cannot lock it. No toilet paper! No washing up liquid. Best to communicate that these are not provided. Major issue… The main door locking system did not work well initially, the handle was very loose and clearly had been like this for sometime. I returned from a long days work to find that the lock did not work. It failed to operate. The key undid the lock but the handle did not unlock the bolting mechanism. Contact was made eventually with someone from maintenance team. They attended quickly, but without any tools. I dismantled the lock and eventually was able to open the door after 2 hours!!.

😊: It's in the centre close to what you need., It's a nice modern place inside.. 😢: For people of our age the staircase to the property is very rustic and a bit dangerous for us, they are the original stairs from years ago. The flat was clean, but I don't know when the last person had been in the towels and the T-towel smelt damp and fusty..

😊: Spacious, clean, and in a very quiet and lovely area. The high ceilings and tall windows kept the apartment cool. We opened the shutters and what a view! Fresh mountain air too. The kitchen and bathroom are well appointed and the beds are comfy. Entry and finding the place was very easy and the labelled lockboxes are inside the front door and clearly labelled. Nice place.. 😢: We were a bit apprehensive after we received an email informing us of possible penalties and fines for any noise making. Also there are rules about proper recycling and possible fines once our rubbish was inspected after our stay. We therefore tended to creep about the flat and put all our recycling and rubbish in the large communal bins in town so we left nothing there. Tiny amount of toilet paper and no shower gel but huge fluffy towels!.
