😊: Nothing. 😢: Because of leakage, the water main was shut down but the owner did not care to inform us beforehand. Whenever you open the main water arrival, the boiler inside the toilet room would spill water everywhere and flood the floor in less than a minute. The owner was on holidays and did not want to ruin his good time. He never mentioned this issue to us, and still took our money. He also refuse to pay back our booking. We had to shorten our stay to go back home. Under French law (Public Health Code, Code de la santé publique, and minimum decency standards for housing), any residential rental including short-term holiday placeas this one, must provide access to potable running water (both cold and hot). ​Providing accommodation without running water violates basic sanitation, hygiene and decency laws, exposing the host to penalties and immediate cancellation rights for the guest. The owner ignored all of this and refused to reimburse us. After investigation by ourselves, we learned that 2 other people before us were affected by this water issue before we arrived. Yet the owner kept proposing it for rent and cashing in. On another note, that place was dusty and has an ant infestation coming from the left window in the living room, overlooking the garddn Do not rent this place even if it shows up in other booking site..

😊: 5 min walk to see the Minotaur. Great cafe next door. Easy to get into town.. 😢: Shower would be better if it had a wall bracket..
