😊: Valentine was very good at communicating with me. The keys were in the locker as detailed in the instructions and a reserved parking space under the building. The apartment is as described and clean. There was a pack on each bed with the sheets and a bath towel, it would have been good to also have a hand towel but we easily bought some from Carrefour 7 mins drive away. There is a beach 10min walk away which has 3-4 food & drinks huts with shaded areas just off the beach and some picnic tables. You can hire bikes at the railways station and ride into La Rochelle or take one stop on the train which is a 4 min ride.. 😢: There isn't air conditioning and during some hot summers days this would be good. One day the temperature was 37 C. This would be an additional request . This is an residential block and so we were conscious that residents would be working each day so needed to keep any noise to a minimum. You have to make your own beds using the bedding in the pack provided.

😊: Lovely apartment, had all we needed for a short stay, great location, online concierge service prompt and efficient, no problems..
