😊: A well equipped apartment in the historical centre.. 😢: Second floor without lift..

😊: City Center, perfect location. Building old, obviously, but location was excellent 43 steps to the front door. Great exercise. Host was always quick to respond and answer questions. She even replaced washing machine when it developed a problem, and it was done immediately.. 😢: Does not have sink in toilet room, Hand sanitizer would be great. Could use a new rug and shower head..

My friend and I stayed 2 nights. The location of the apartment is very good. Within walking distance of everything. We were traveling by car and it was difficult to find the parking nearby. The host was responsive and responded to questions quickly.

😊: We loved the authentic French feel to the apartment. We loved having way more space to relax compared to a hotel room. The location was superb for exploring Aix en Provence.. 😢: The climb up to the apartment was difficult for my 82 year old dad..

😊: Location was great.. 😢: Bed mattress is bulging you cannot sleep properly on the bed. One of us slept on the sofa. We had to clean the sink and the floor. Floor full of black dust. Given towels and bed sheets were left with hairs on them..

The location was very good, allowing me to walk everywhere in the historic area. While the apartment worked for my short visit, I don’t think it would meet most Americans’ expectations for a VRBO property. I congratulate the photographer on making the place look more bright and spacious than it was. The front entry door was never locked during my stay, which did not give me a sense of security. Finally, the 39 steps up a steep, winding staircase would be an impediment to anyone with more than a carry-on bag.
