😊: The location was quite nice (middle of the city center) but since you live above a bar and the windows are old you hear noises until 1 a.m.. 😢: Well, I arrived the apartment was dirty. Someone came to clean and afterwards it was still dirty. I was quite pissed that they did not clean beforehand "becayse the cleaning lady did not have the keys". The plates and kitchen equipment was dirty, spider webs everywhere. The couch was worn out as well as the bed. I even found old cigaretts lying in the window frame. The kitchen walls are a mess. You can see old stains on the ceiling. Also in the livingroom, someone spilled some liquid over the walls. Disgusting..

😊: Centrally placed apartment in good condition. Well equipped with everything we needed for a short stay, thank you.. 😢: Access would have been much easier if I had been told that the message regarding keys would be in the booking.com message folder. I had expected a text or email. It would be useful to make this clear. Internet - a card in the apartment with clear details would be good. Also having a complex random 15+ letter/number password is a big hassle. Perhaps you could change it to something simpler. I feel at the price the towels provided should be newer and of better quality..

😊: Location was great, apartment is very nice, It was recently redone and is spacious. Very comfortable for 3 people. It has a great bathroom!!!. 😢: Nothing..
