😊: Perfect location, spacious apartment in the centre of Nimes. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and sights. The collection of keys and parking wasn’t as easy as expected. But we did have an enjoyable 3 day stay.. 😢: A deposit of €250 was to be paid before we could collect keys and check-in information was provided. We trust this will be released back into our account. The freezer was completely iced up and the door wouldn’t shut..

😊: Spaciousness. 😢: They demanded a deposit of €250 before they would hand us the keys. We left on 9;Oct and as of 13 Oct our deposit is still on hold at my bank. I understood Booking.com does not allow deposits to ne asked for..

😊: Collecting the keys was actually very easy (you just need to carefully read the instructions from the host—if you don't have problems with reading, you won't have problems with the keys). The collection point is about a 3-minute walk with kids from the apartment itself. Perfect location for sure. Cleanliness was also good. Equipped kitchen – no complaints. Great price – definitely.. 😢: 1 - intrusive instructions. I don’t want to read a long story in the bathroom about how many times a plumber was needed. A simple reminder not to throw anything in the toilet is enough. 2 - Intrusive asks. I don't want to read a long unnecessary text about honesty and truth as a deposit reminder. A short note stating that the deposit is mandatory for check-in would be more appropriate. 3 - Contradictory rules: we were told to mandatory use a mattress pad for the sofa, but no mattress pad was provided. 4 - Ignoring questions: Questions about the deposit return were ignored for more than a day (via Booking and WhatsApp). It was eventually returned, but ignoring was frustrating..
