😊: Next to train stn. 😢: We stayed at this place for 10 days. The host was unresponsive for every message attempt sent to his personal welcome Whatsapp chat. He responded twice only. And it was i) how to unlock and switch on the hot plate and the other was ii) “We do not provide hotel-style services; this is a private apartment. Please take care while showering to avoid causing water damage !!” We reached Booking.com over 4 successive days and the latter was also unsuccessful in reaching the host. Neither was it possible to provide us a refund or re-accommodation. The reason was, “We need the host to agree in writing to proceed further”. There were 16 issues addressed to the host such as i) heater spoilt, ii) kitchen tap was unhinged from the kitchenette sink, the shower curtain leaks water to the floor, etc. We highly recommend this place because it is conveniently beside the train station. We strongly encourage you to give this place a miss if you find the 16 issues (please see attached images) listed here NOT within your comfort zone. I would also encourage ALL to always feedback to the host any issues found as the fine print in this accommodation states : “We will charge back to you up to €300 for damages”. TQ for reading. 😊: Really clear and easy to enter. The host was reachable, the apartment had everything I needed and more. Bed was comfy, towels included, a kitchen to cook.. Interior was relaxing, really clean..
