😊: Roubaix is a very nice city, and we enjoyed the weekend.. 😢: - Key handover upon arrival – the access code provided was changed by the host without informing us. - A 140 cm wide bed for two adults is too narrow in our view. - Insufficient cleaning of the apartment – there was a significant amount of dust. - The shower hose is leaking in at least three places. - The faucets in both the bathroom and the kitchen are leaking. - The kitchen equipment is very basic, e.g. missing essentials such as salt. - Various items (spare parts, packaging, etc.) are randomly stored in the cabinets. - There is clutter in the hallways, including discarded rubbish. - I consider the request to give a rating of 8+ from the host to be highly inappropriate. - There is a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway..

😊: Great location, beautiful building, excellent pizzeria nearby..
