😊: Fantastic position. Beautifully decorated. Exceptionally clean. Well appointed kitchen. Great terrace. Good TV. Aircons on both floors.. 😢: There are lots of steps. It's in the name! No hand rail on the top flight of stairs. How can that be legal? The aircons cooled the living and dining levels, but the cool air did not reach the bedroom, down a passage. We spent two terrible nights during a heat wave. The bed is short. (It is a small room.) Neither I nor my wife could stretch out without our feet catching in the footboard. Cut it off, then at least our feet can hang off the end..

😊: Incredible location in the centre of the Town, which was a very small town anyway, but being so close to the centre made everything within walking distance within a few minutes. The centre, to the edge of town in any direction was only 5 minutes max, and all of the most famous monuments in Orange were less than 5 minutes walk away. There's an incredible fruit and veg shop just down stairs, so you don't have to travel far for high quality produce and a mini mart called Utile is only a 1 minute walk away in front of the Town Hall for all other needs. The air-conditioning was a real life saver during the heatwave that was happening during my visit.. 😢: Carrying heavy luggage up to the 2nd floor isn't fun. But I was travelling for a wedding, so I had a lot heavier luggage than I would normally travel with. If you're travelling with a lot of baggage, maybe it's something to keep in mind..
