😊: Great location, close to Palace and local amenities. Bright and airy apartment with lovely garden view. Comfy beds. Would definitely recommend for a lovely stay in Versailles.. 😢: Access code to property and how to exit should be given on arrival - we only received a door key to the apartment, so had to ask (and wait) for the details. Also had to request WiFi details, so be helpful if also clearly provided in the property..

😊: Overall, we really liked the apartment: excellent location, very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The apartment itself left a very positive impression.. 😢: However, our stay was significantly negatively affected by the management company. After booking and paying for the stay, we were required to pay an additional €500 security deposit. Please be aware that, in addition to the accommodation cost, you will be asked to pay this deposit via a separate link using a credit card. Although the deposit was mentioned at the time of booking, we did not expect that it would have to be paid in this way. Without paying the deposit, we were not provided with check-in instructions, which created unnecessary stress before arrival. Communication was very difficult: responses were slow, we often had to follow up multiple times, contact them via Booking, and even call in order to receive basic information. After check-out, the deposit was returned only after 5 days. During this time, we were very concerned, as we did not receive any official confirmation of the transfer, despite requesting payment proof several times. In conclusion, despite the excellent apartment, the lack of transparency, pressure to urgently pay the deposit, and very poor communication from the management company significantly spoiled our overall experience. Instead of a relaxing stay, we were constantly stressed and dealing with organizational issues, which is unacceptable for this level of service..

😊: The location is great, very close to shops, restaurants and Versailles palace. The apartment was very clean and well kept. The beds were comfortable.. 😢: The host left us waiting outside for half an hour on the night we arrived despite a) clear communication from myself regarding our arrival time being slightly late due to travel delays, b) assurances someone would be there, for which there was essentially no apology. When a man sent by the hosts did eventually arrive his conduct wasn't at all apologetic either, and he failed to tell us the combination code for the gate until we thought to ask. The pillows were very poor quality providing almost no neck support. There was barely enough hot water for 1 person to shower properly, so with 3 of us cold showers were unavoidable..

😊: It was absolutely beautiful 😍 Would recommend to anyone. Lovely quiet neighborhood, easy access to Paris central. Walking distance to Palace of Versailles. Lovely fresh foods market down the road. Will be back 🩷.
