😊: Loved the location. Apartment was amazing. Will definitely book again. Super easy to book, and host was very accommodating.. 😢: Only downside was that we were there during the heatwave. So 44 degrees and no air-conditioning, was hard work! 🥵.

😊: I loved that it was in the old town area and easy to get to everywhere in the old town. I liked that I could see some of the river from the window. I enjoyed the small but well equipped kitchen.. 😢: I didn’t like the radiator which had a broken screen. I struggled to work the hob and an information booklet about how to work things would have helped. It was very small but ideal for a short stay..

😊: In terms of location, decoration and ambience the apartment was excellent and ideal for a short stay in Bergerac with good access to the Historical Centre and walking distance from the train station for further travel. I would have liked to give a very positive review but sadly there were issues to be addressed.. 😢: The biggest disappointment was that the washing machine in the kitchen was not fully integrated and projected a couple of centimetres meaning that it was impossible to open the adjacent kitchen drawer and cupboard to access cutlery, utensils and pots and pans making food preparation and/or cooking impossible. This meant that my expenses for the trip were higher than planned as I was unable to self-cater and had to eat out every day. A few other minor issues were: the toilet seat was not properly fixed and moved around the tv was not wi-fi activated and even when I entered the network name/number provided in the handbook the message 'reseau non disponible' was displayed Not the fault of the proprietors but the upstairs apartment was very noisy through the night.
