L'Étape - Center - Cathedral

😊: Nothing as never got there!. 😢: The fact that the owners cancelled our stay a few hours before we were supposed to arrive at the property..

😊: Great location, clean, secure and quiet.. 😢: Lounge area wasn't very comfortable so probably wouldnt want to stay longer than a weekend here.

😊: very convenient location and nice apartment. conversation with host was good. The view from the living room to the small green garden is pretty and it is very very quiet but also we were wondering about the escape route in case of fire. The walls are meters high. Looks romantic though.. 😢: the parking garage offered is complicated to reach and so very narrow - it didn't work for our car and this was the reason in addition to the location why we chose this apartment..

😊: Great location, right in the centre of Reims; front entrance is on a side street but the apartment is set well back so very peaceful and quiet, overlooking small garden areas. Lots of individual shops, restaurants and bars all within 10 minutes walk. The apartment was well fitted out and surprisingly spacious for a city centre rental with comfortable beds and sitting area and a kitchen with everything necessary for cooking meals, laundry, etc.. 😢: Both bedrooms have their own shower room but the only toilet is halfway between the two rooms - personally, I'd rather have a walk to the shower and an en suite toilet and wash basin. An information booklet in the apartment would have been helpful to both parties. We left the apartment clean and tidy but didn't see the message from the host about stripping the beds until about 50km along the motorway..

😊: Hosts made sure we were welcome and comfortable, the suite was located in the hub of all the activities and walking distance to most areas. The suite was very neat accessing through a courtyard into an older building with a redone apartment, great vibe.. 😢: Nothing comes to mind.
