😊: Great location, spacious bedrooms. 😢: Not very clean, the sponge was old, the roof window was open and the floor was wet..

😊: The fact that this accommodation consists of an entire (little) house makes it suitable for multiple people. The kitchen is well enough equipped and the bathroom is nice and spacious. The value you get for your money is quite good, considering that you can sleep here with multiple people, using the two bedrooms and the couch in the living room. The location is good, close to Epernay, the centre of the Champagne region and with roads to other villages recommended to visit and taste/buy champagne.. 😢: The accommodation is not really cosy. It feels too Ikea with some not so successful attempts to make it modern. In the end it gives an impersonal impression and the fact that you do not meet anyone (the host or someone representing the accommodation) enhances that feeling. The beds were not really stable and squeeked a lot, even when you were just sleeping in them. It would be nice if some coffee capsules were already provided..

😊: Apart from it being clean I cannot say anything else good about it. 😢: The spiral staircase was old and if like my husband you are over 6ft you have to duck to avoid hitting your head. Metal beds noisy and extremely uncomfortable very thin Mattresses. This is basic standard not at all what I have come to expect from Booking.com. I would not recommend this property..

Cozy weekend getaway<br>#128578; It’s a really cute, cozy weekend house, excellent location to discover the area. The house is clean and tidy and special thanks for the quality shower gel and lotion in the bathroom. :) Celine is a fantastic host; smooth communication easy contactless check-in and out procedure. No extra charge for our dog!<br>#128577; It was a bit cold in the house and the heating system was warming the place up slower than we expected.

Great value stay over for...<br>#128578; Location is perfect, round the corner to the centre of the village with tabac and excellent boulangerie, wine bar very nice too. The price point is excellent value, obviously a no frills apartment but has everything you need.<br>#128577; The bathroom downstairs next to the kitchen is not ideal, but for one night stay we were fine with it.

Excellent location, great property<br>#128578; Everything in the property was newly refurbished, clean and working perfectly. The location was perfect, in the centre of the town, with ample parking a short walk to train station.<br>#128577; The stair case is very narrow twisting and steep.
