😊: Good space. 😢: Slightly outdated bathroom.

😊: The location is prime. I like the key pickup. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need. The overal vibe in the place is nice.. 😢: It says there are toiletries but there arent any. Not even hand soap in the bathroom. There is a dispenser but its empty and broken. The shower floods so its impossible to shower longer than 3 minutes. During checkout u have to take out the trash. However, checkout is in the morning and the trash hours for the street are in the evening. We could not leave a trash bag on the street all day. They should find another solution for that..

😊: Simply perfect, beautiful fully equipped apartment. From the living room, to the kitchen, to the bedroom everything was perfectly clean, comfortable and welcoming. Really a gem, not to mention the location close to everything in the city centre. Perfect.

😊: Apartment was nice and central to all facilities, but that's where it ended. Chipped cups, clumps of fluff in bedroom. 😢: Access to the apartment was awkward, trying to retrieve the keys from the box was difficult, the communal areas were not in a particularly good condition , don't think it's been painted since it was built. Not the best apartment we have stayed in. Damage deposit proved a nightmare as you needed international bank a/c which not a lot of people have. All told we have been put off apartments in France now which is a shame. Reims is a lovely city and well worth the trip..
