😊: ease of access to the property based on the instructions provided. It was modern.. 😢: No dining table, difficult to have a meal with the family. Although the property was cleaned, at the time of check in the property had a very bad smell coming from the kitchen (fish food)..

😊: Location. 😢: The place was so untidy. The bed sheets had dirt on them and other stains. I felt discussed to stay..

😊: Very convenient location for catching the train into Paris and worked well for a stop en route across France. Secure parking and apartment was nicely decorated.. 😢: Car parking gate fob wasn’t working when we arrived (around 10pm) so we had to contact the property owner to sort this. There are only net curtains which would not block any light, luckily we had blankets in the car and could block most of the light (otherwise we may have slept worse and our rating would probably have been lower!). There was also a pretty bad drain smell from the bathroom and the apartment smelt a bit like dog when we arrived (and some dog hairs on sofa)..
