😊: This was one of the best apartments we have ever stayed in while on holiday in France. I've been coming over the past 20 years. So clean, everything available and so close to beach. Was able to park for 3 weeks outside the door on a street free. So close to shops and most importantly, Royan is a beautiful place.. 😢: Very little to unlike..

😊: Great location, a few minutes walk to the beach. Nice apartment with two good sized rooms.. 😢: A couple of little issues that hopefully will be fixed and won't affect others. The WiFi wouldn't work even after resetting the router several times, this was a real frustration. Also, the shower was unusable as the water was boiling hot and no amount of adjusting it made any difference. Both issues should be easily fixed. Our only other minor complaint is that it's quite expensive for what it is. Charging 100 Euros for cleaning for a one night stay is too much..

Perfect stay!<br>#128578; We enjoyed our two night stay in this very comfortable, clean well presented stylish apartment! The kitchen was also well equipped. Great location to walk to the restaurants, shops beaches. Royan is a fabulous place to visit with a good Golf club nearby 😊<br>#128577; Nothing

Exceptionnel<br>#128578; L'emplacement car à 5 min à pied du centre ville donc pas besoin de voiture L'appartement était tel que sur les photos. Le propriétaire est arrangeant sur une demande que nous lui avons faite. C'était pour nous un excellent week-end<br>#128577; Table basse design mais pas pratique pour apero et jeux de société 😊 Mais c'est anodin.

😊: The facilities were of a high standard. There was an awesome array of kitchen appliances. The decor was beautiful. The beds we’re comfortable. The air conditioner unit was invaluable and added to the quality of our stay. The walk n shower was a real luxury too.. 😢: It’s on the first floor so there are stairs with a double handrail. I didn’t contact the owner but I couldn’t access Wi-Fi with the code we were given. I wish I had take cotton fitted sheets for the single beds..
