😢: Upon our arrival, we found the apartment in disappointing condition: there were only two towels provided even though we were four guests. The sofa bed had no sheets, and the only bed that was made had just a blanket and pillowcases, but no bottom sheet. After contacting the host, a lady arrived around 10 pm offering either used sheets or new ones that were unwashed and not sealed, along with two dirty towels. Cleanliness was unacceptable, and the overall stay was very poor..
