😊: The apartment was clean and comfortable, some sachets of coffee and water provided. Light and airy and very close to the beach, although not a sea view. It was a spacious apartment with good bathroom and kitchen facilities and suited our 2 night stay. The Calais dragon is well work a look!. 😢: The small print, I had not seen there was a 300 Euro deposit, it was not in the main description, you have to click on Important Information to see it, I have never in over 10 years of using Booking.com had to pay a deposit, let alone such a large amount, I would not have booked had I known this as it was the end of our holiday and a large amount of money to part with. Sadly the location is on the main road which is well known for cruising cars and bikes, even late into the night there were revving engines, beeping horns and playing of loud music in the carpark opposite and cruising the strip. I am no killjoy as my sister and I are both bikers and were travelling on motorbikes but both Saturday and Sunday night this went on till well after midnight. I have never been asked to strip my bedding before either and put it together with the towels, we had to get the early shuttle home and get up at 6am, the last thing I wanted to do was to strip the bedding..
