😊: Great location with a lovely view out of the windows to the town and cathedral. Stylish decoration. Very comfy beds..

😊: Great location. Good facilities (inc fridge and w/machine) and very comfortable (once you have negotiated the spiral stairs). Xavier was really helpful and Le Mans old town (which the apartment sits on the edge of) is beautiful.. 😢: Stairs were difficult and in places (such as the bathroom) it was a little tired and could do with a refresh..

😊: The location was perfect within the old city and we could watch the local activity from the windows. Weather was extremely hot but the two fans allowed us to sleep well. Facilities were great and Xavier the host went out of his way to amend a minor problem on the weekend. We loved the apartment and Xavier was exceptional and very friendly..

😊: Very comfortable apartment in an historic on the edge of the beautfiul cité Plantagenêt in Le Mans. A fantastic location for the city centre and to visit the stunning cathedral..

😊: The location ,great. I really like it the mattress on the bed 😀. 😢: We strayed only one night,not really something to complain..
