😊: The location was very tranquil and peaceful.. 😢: The dogs though friendly, were loose and if we left a door open to let the air in they would come into the Gite. The Gite is in need of some investment and TLC..
😊: A fabulous and quiet place, very spacious for 4 persons and comfortable with two bathrooms. The big garden behind the gites is not shared with any others, so a lot of private space. The house was well equipped and we didn't miss anything, though the dishwasher malfunctionened during our stay so we needed to do the dishes by hand. The welcome package contained fresh garden vegetables and a nice bottle of red Sancerrre wine!. 😢: We didn't have major dislikes and had a very pleasant stay! Some renovation could be done here and there, but it didn't bother us. There's always work in progress, to maintain such a large manor house and gardens and we were very happy to spend half a week in this great ambiance!.
