L'Horloge - Appart'Hotel

Very spacious apartment in a calm area. We drove to Val d’Europe and took the train to Paris- very easy and nice to return to a quiet place in the evening.

We were very impressed with L'horlodge apartments. The rooms were spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The location was beautiful and peaceful. The beds were so comfortable! It's worth noting that the Reception is a fair distance from the apartments and there were no signs informing guests (as far as we could see). Thankfully, a member of staff at Le Moulin told us where to go. All staff members were friendly, polite and helpful. The breakfast at the beautiful Le Moulin restaurant was nice, but over priced. L'horlodge is a very convenient location for Disneyland which is a short car ride away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at L'horlodge and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

An excellent arrangement for our large family. The check-in procedure was a bit challenging, though, as they were sending us WhatsApp information to an incorrect phone number, so we just had to figure it out when we arrived on site. Everything else about our stay was wonderful, though. Roomy, clean, modern, and very comfortable. Great location on the Marne River!

This was the perfect accomodation for a young family who wanted to enjoy Disneyland but also be able to get away from the mayhem and noise! The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the location wonderfully quiet compared to all the excitement and stimulation of Disney. Being so close, only a 10min drive, meant we enjoyed a calm breakfast and coming back home for a peaceful dinner after a fantastic day out!

We chose this property for its proximity to Disneyland, and the advertised 10-minute drive was about accurate. Originally, we had booked a larger room for the first night (for two families sharing) and a smaller room for the second night (once the other family left). However, when the second family had to cancel their trip entirely, we asked the hotel if we could switch to a smaller room for both nights to avoid moving. Although we were just past the modification deadline, they kindly accommodated this request after a few back and forth messages, which we really appreciated. Communication before check-in was excellent, and they even helped arrange transportation to Disney. Unfortunately, after check-in, communication dropped off significantly. Our messages went unanswered, and the transportation that had been booked never showed up. We also tried dining nearby, but both restaurants turned us away since we had no reservation, and they didn’t offer takeout. With very limited options in the area, my husband walked further to find food, only to discover the nearby grocery store was closed as well—though he did eventually find a small pizza place. The property itself is modern, clean, and comfortable, though on the smaller side. The kids enjoyed having Netflix to unwind. Overall, we had a decent stay, but better communication after check-in would have made a big difference—we would have rated it much higher otherwise. The location isn’t the best for young families.

The place was nice, clean, and quiet. The check in process was a little confusing. We had to walk down the street to a different hotel to check in and get our apartment number. Other than that, everything else was amazing. The breakfast was delicious. We would stay here again.

High quality appartment, short distance to Disneyland (approximately £18-24 for an uber ride to the park). Huge table for the whole family of 8 to sit around and eat. Advisory note - if ordering uber food - use the address of the restaurant opposite to help the delivery driver. Heartedly recommend staying here.

A pleasant stay! Close to Disney with a lovely restaurant across the road. Would stay again.
