😊: Location is great, and the living room very spacious. Easy to park in the street (paid for).. 😢: Overall, the apartment needs some investment and restoration. The carpet in the living room had a very strong smell. The mattress in the double bed is totally worn out..
😊: I have notice a few shall improvements that could make the space even better : 1. Kettle disconnect 2. Mattress to smooth 3. Beds need a bit repair 4. The main door on the street side tends to slam and the sound echoes in the apartment. Sometimes, it's also not completely closed. These adjustments would make everything even more enjoyable 😉.
