😊: Location. 😢: No bed, madrass on floor. No relax sitting/ chairs bad....

I have rented in various countries for many years, have been coming to Nice for decades, and found this rental fulfilled our needs. Pro: great location with both food and transport nearby, clean, bright, elevator (rare in Nice's tourist rentals), roomy, quiet. Con: bath - you need be slim and agile, bed on the floor, drafty when windy, awful kitchen knives, oven blows all fuses. The keys are only available at the downtown office (60 euros if by taxi), extra fee per person if you want towels.

😊: We enjoyed the view and the location. 😢: 1. No toilet paper provided for 3 people for a 4 day stay 2. No towels provided for showing 3. Beds were unmade and mattresses were old and dirty 4. No pillows 5. We contacted the host to provide with the essential of toilet paper, towels and a pillow. We had no response 6. Picking up and dropping off the keys at a completely different location 7. Request from the host to tidy the apartment and remove everything before we vacated the property or additional fees would be incurred 8. Not enough bedding for 3 people 9. NO AIR-CONDITIONING.
