😊: Great location and well equipped apartment. The private parking is a big plus. The host has the apartment wel documented, which includes short videos showing how enter the garage for parking or how to get to the locker with the keys. These are very useful.. 😢: The apartment is on the top floor and does not have airconditioning. Under normal conditions the ventilation and shutters on the outside are sufficient for a comfortable climate, but we visited Nantes during a heat wave when temperatures reached 42 degrees making it uncomfortable warm..

😊: Central location, warm, plenty of room, by the riverside, all round great!. 😢: All good.

L'appartement est grand avec 2 chambres, 1 salon-salle à manger, 1 cuisine, 1 WC, 1 salle de bain et un balcon.<br>#128577; La proximité de l'hôpital où ambulances et hélicoptère se font bien entendre quand on a les fenêtres ouvertes. Le drap de dessous ne tenait pas quand on se retournait dans le lit, peut-être trop petit par rapport au lit
