A lovely place to stay...<br>#128578; I loved this old chateau/manoir in the middle of a small village with its Ile de Bourbon (the old name for Réunion Island) fresco at the front, the peacock gates at the back and the faded grandeur inside. The hosts were charming and served a delicious breakfast in the garden, accompanied by the splashes of a very grand fountain. The door of my room opened out onto lovely bushes. I chose it because its great value for money given the ambiance and worth being out of town. It's about a 50 ...<br>#128577; I had a room without an en suite, which was fine by me, as although the bathroom was a couple of rooms away, I saw no-one. I had a basin in my room. If an en-suite is critical for you, check if the other rooms upstairs have one. For me the architecture/furnishings/general ambiance were worth it. There aren't many places nearby to eat and if you don't mind driving about 25 mins, I found a great restaurant where you eat delicious food by a lake - Les étangs de Julie.

Exceptional<br>#128578; We really enjoyed our stay here especially the delicious breakfast in the garden. Mark and Etienne were attentive hosts and Etienne had prepared many tasty treats for us to eat.

Un accueil très chaleureux dans une maison décorée avec style. Le petit déjeuner nous a régalé les papilles nous a été servi dans un jardin qui nous a régalé les pupilles.

Excellent accueil de nos hôtes aux petits soins tout au long de notre séjour. Le jardin est magnifique et très bien entretenu, idéal pour un apéro ou un dîner au vert. La maison est une belle bâtisse ancienne très charmante. Notre studio était grand avec chambre séparée, seule la décoration est un peu ancienne et pourrait profiter d'un rafraîchissement.

Accueil très chaleureux. Table d'hôtes exceptionnelle et très beau jardin fleuri. On s 'y sent bien !

Un accueil fort sympathique. Un lieu de quiétude et de bonnes énergies. Maison de patrimoine où les différentes cultures se mixent avec goût.
