😊: The location was excellent. Only minutes walk to the centre of Albi, attractions and restaurants.. 😢: The parking was tricky. You need to have a small car..

😊: Great location just a few minutes walk from the old town and the river. Quirky layout with a shabby chic style; well kitted out. Secure parking as long as your car is not too large.. 😢: The apartment is great but the building it's situated in is rather run down and dirty; the neighbours were friendly though! The access to the secure parking is tight, especially if there are cars parked opposite. A medium size family car will get in but don't try with the Range Rover! There is a small step up to the shower room area that is a trip hazard - it needs a warning strip. The toilet would have been better located in the shower room rather than the living room. There is a washing machine but it locked away and you have to ask the concierge if you intend to use it (extra cost of 2 euros per day). That should be made clear by Booking.com.

😢: There is an extra cost to enter the property after 6pm. Stairs are quite hard One does not feel like the owner wants to be generous: one roll of toilet paper. No kleenex. Barely enough ground coffee for two nights The door does not look safe and closes with difficulty from the inside....

😊: Great location so you can walk to all the sights.. 😢: Nothing - the property was excellent in all respects..
