L'Observatoire - Appart au coeur de Lyon - Métros A et C

The host was awesome, responded quickly to questions. Amenities are definitely lacking. And an iron and ironing board is a must for people who are travailing, not having one available was a huge disappointment. The price and Location was a definite plus!

😢: We booked this apartment for 2 nights. On the first night, we were robbed. Horifically, they entered WHILE we were sleeping. When we woke up, one of our bags was missing, and we found the door unlocked even though we had locked it twice. Since the apartment was extremely hot and with no a/c, we had to sleep with the windows open, and we suspect the thieves entered this way, but we cannot be certain. We immediately informed the host, but apart from saying "sorry", she did nothing. Instead, she blamed us for leaving the windows open. When we asked for a refund - at least for the second night so we could move somewhere safe - she refused. Needless to say, we left asap. We are still shocked and furious, but we consider ourselves lucky. Thinks could turn out much worse. Please be really really careful if you consider booking this place..

Great place. Steep internal stairs.
