😊: View. 😢: Communication prior to our visit was extremely poor. The email from property ended in my spam. So their ‘caution’ wasn’t paid until we reached the property. Booking.com should accept some responsibility for this; our reservation wasn’t “confirmed” as we were advised. The confirmation message needs an asterisk to advise that more needs to be done before we can occupy the premises. I am aware b.com does say this at the end of their confirmation message but is more important than an after thought..

😊: Clean and comfortable apartment on second floor, overlooking the river weir and bridges. Fantastic view. Bedroom on mezzanine floor, up in the roof. Apartment not in town centre, but a short 5 minute walk over the bridge. Free parking on street, if space, or nearby in small car park.. 😢: Shower is piped through bath taps over the bath, and only hip height..

😊: The apartment had the "Wow Factor". Stylish, great views, comfortable and perfect for a trip to Albi.. 😢: We liked everything but as with most accommodations there are obviously some improvements which could be made. The bathroom could do with some more lighting and the hose could be hung over the bath at a suitable height for a shower..

😊: It was an amazing flat with a beautiful view from across the river of the town! Super comfy flat with everything you would need! They included everything! Very thoughtful!. 😢: The bed was a bit uncomfortable. The paneling was funky behind toilet and the shower didn’t have a hook up high, you have to hold the shower head to shower..

😊: What an amazing location and a wonderful view! And super smart decoration :). 😢: The air con is a bit loud and opening the windows welcomes the curious pigeons in. But what a view!.
