😊: When the place is dirty, there can't be anything pleasant.. 😢: Unfortunatly, this flat was a great disapointment because it was filthy. At first I noticed the dust on the cabinet at the entrance, but didn't mind it too much at first. Then, as I began to walk around the place I noticed a lot of dust mixed with hair on the floors. The pillows had stains on them and smelled really bad, like greasy hair, as if someone had already slept there several times. The sheets on the beds smelled like sweat and dirty underwear. As I opened the fridge, noticed some sticky, yellow stains on its door on the outside and, after I opened it, I saw a piece of something that looked like dried wheapcream stuck on the inside of the door. The toilet had a brown stain inside of it, on the bottom and smelled really bad like pee. Didn't seem to have been cleaned any time recently. Besides this, the yard was also dirty and the building looked damaged, the entrance was surrounded with bird shit. The inside of the buiding, on the stairs leading to the apartment, we could also see bird shit. The photos speak for themselves. We announced the owner right away about what we found there, and sent him the photos we took, but he was not bothered about the facts at all. He insisted to send us the photos that HE had received after the daily cleaning. Obviously that was not of any help to us. We could barely sleep on those smelly beds for one night. Pulled the covers and slept on top of them. Used our clean clothes to put our heads on them. We had planned to stay there for anoher 2 nights, but couldn'`t take it. We checked out the next morning asking booking.com for assistance. We wanted to pay for the night we slept there and get a refund for the other two but the owner refused. The presentation photos looked vey nice and they fooled us, but the reality was totally different. I travel a lot and had hundreds of accomodations on booking (filtering on 9+ evaluations) and they didn`t usually fail me..
