😊: Absolutely nothing. 😢: When we entered the flat, it felt like it wasn't cleaned and we were almost suffocated by the smell of cigarettes. The bedding had an unpleasant smell and the floor was very dirty. We texted the host about the state of cleanliness and they offered to come and clean it but we bought cleaning products and cleaned it ourselves in the end. The air freshener couldn't cover the smell of cigarettes and our clothes stink of cigarettes. We don't know how this property managed to get good reviews but it was our worst stay on booking.com..
