Très beau séjour confortable<br>#128578; Emplacement exceptionnel: À quelques pas de la plage Opéra et de Cours Seleya. Secteur très animé avec boutiques et restaurants. Température bien confortable avec l’air climatisée qui rafraîchit rapidement l’appartement. Lave-linge a été pratique. Réponses rapides (par textos) à mes questions en cours de séjour.<br>#128577; Les 120 quelques marches à monter pour accéder à l’appartement, demandent quand même un minimum de forme physique. Ça force à vraiment bien planifier la journée avant de quitter, parce qu’on écarte vite l’idée de remonter à l’appartement pour aller récupérer une bouteille d’eau oubliée sur la table!😉

I...<br>#128578; No breakfast - Location was perfect - right off Cours Saleya - good bathroom and kitchen<br>#128577; The studio is on the 5th floor and there are 118 steps to climb every time you go in - that should be pointed out. The beam across the ceiling is difficult to remember and you do have to duck when you cross the room.

Gut für 2-3 Tage<br>#128578; Die Unterkunft ist klein, aber sauber. Obwohl mir falsche Informationen zur Schlüsselabholung gegeben wurden, hat mich sofort eine Kollegin vom Service angerufen und die Sache geklärt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, zu dem Preis gleich bei der Cours Saleya und am Strand zu sein, ist für Nizza eine Seltenheit! Grundsätzlich ist die Wohnung und auch das Bettsofa gemütlich, obwohl das Apartment sehr klein ist. Ich würde die Wohnung weiterempfehlen, wenn man nicht allzu hohe Ansprüche für 2-3 Tage...<br>#128577; Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock, ohne Aufzug. Die Treppen waren jedes Mal eine Anstrengung. Obwohl die Wohnung nicht schlecht ausgestattet war (man hat problemlos was kochen und essen können), wurde nur eine Rolle Klopapier zur Verfügung gestellt. Es war im Bad und im Klo auch sehr wenig Platz, aber für 2 Personen reichte es. Die Aussicht aus dem Fenster macht das wieder gut!
