L'Orangerie "The Orangery" du parc des Nouies

😊: Very peaceful and spacious accommodation close to/within driving distance of all major chateaux. All amenities were provided for a relaxing stay in a lovely building set in a stunning location. Francois the owner, was very helpful and guided us to the best chateaux to visit and we were not disappointed. We look forward to our next visit. 😢: No complaints at all.

😊: Location is lovely and L'Orangerie offers good nature right outside.. 😢: We booked this, partially as linen was provided. Host contacted us before hand and stated it wasn't. He did agree to provide it at no extra charge ...honouring the listing. Unfortunately when we got there the linen wasn't dry, ironed or in situ. L'Orangerie was dirty and grubby and needed a thorough clean. The host did offer to get the cleaner to come and clean by we didn't want to wait. Cleaning thoroughly would have taken a while. Host did agree to allow cancellation and refund. We did get a standard message when we were due to vacate the property explaining that we needed to do the cleaning. Host was amicable throughout and had been let down by the listing online and his cleaner / previous occupants..

😢: We decided not to stay as the property did not meet our expectations..
