😊: The property is near tidy close to transportation facilities. 😢: The property doesn’t have the lift have to drag the luggage to first floor. With no entrance lights The toiletries are scarce with one shampoo and one soap Two towels WiFi password is horrible Not good communication from staff Shower rod is popping out as it was fixed with double tape no door mat neither washroom exit nor at entrance. Staff did confirm the early check in but later denied asking us last minute to check in some other hotel it was midnight we finally got one hotel which was far better than this one..

😊: The size of the apartment amd its location. 😢: The floor was dirty and I had to csll to get the code for the keys, it was not semt automatically as stated BUT these are very minor points.

😊: Location was super and very easy to find. Facilities were spot on. I didn’t cook but appartnent well placed for small supermarket and many restaurants and bars. I was on my own and did not feel intimidated even returning late at night.. 😢: I had difficulty with the all singing and dancing TV but a younger more savvy guest would have no problem. I had initial problems locating the flat in the building but called number on keys and all sorted by person in the office. Had to ask around for location of recycling bins to dispose of luggage on last day..

😊: From the first minute of our arrival at the apartment, we realized that we had made the right choice. The atmosphere was very cozy, and the check-in process itself was as simple and clear as possible: the hosts provided detailed instructions, which greatly facilitated orientation. It is nice that the owners are always in touch and ready to help - even a small problem with the drain in the bathroom they solved the next day. The location of the apartment is simply great: it is right on the square, and across the street is the Gaglio restaurant, where we actually spent half of our vacation, enjoying the wonderful cuisine. Overall, the impressions were only positive: comfort, amenities, great location and responsible owners. We will definitely come back again!.
