😊: The location of the property was great and easy to get around with the tram stop and bus station close by.. 😢: The room wasn’t very well thought out. The air con was in the living room and no fans or nothing in the bedroom, it got quite warm in the night. There was a strange odour that remained consistent from the time we checked in, especially coming from the bathroom. Maybe the drainage pipe or outlet wasn’t fully covered. Good place for a couple of nights, not so much for anything longer..

😊: Good space to use as a base to sleep and get changed. Not really enough space to relax in, the sofa is not large enough for two people. Amazing location. We loved being in this part of nice, slight walk to the centre/old town. Quiet part of neighbourhood. Close to tram for travelling around including to and from airport.. 😢: Bad smell of drains on and off, not linked with use or time of day - seemed very random and possibly from other apartments / outside. Bed not that comfortable, woke up with back stiffness and joint pain but got better by night 3. Dust present - not freshly cleaned. Not enough storage for clothes despite large wardrobe - no shelves just one large hanging space. Only shelves were very high up and not reachable, plus had spare duvet/used for storage. Collecting the keys was only made difficult by the host giving the wrong code for the lock box. Luckily there was a photo with the correct code that I eventually saw but had to purchase data on my photo to try and resolve the issue of the lock box not working. Had I have been giving the correct code it would have been very simple and easy process. The host also requests for photos to be sent of the lock box etc but no way of uploading the photo and also poor communication when asking how to send photo..

😊: Overall the stay was very pleasant. the location is very good, close to restaurants and supermarket. The apartment was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The hosts showed flexibility regarding the check-in/check-out time - not as much as we would have liked but it is always appreciated.. 😢: There was an unpleasant smell from the drains, in the bathroom. Also, if one would like to open the windows, during the night, there is a constant noise from the air conditioners from other buildings..

😊: It was clean and well maintained and very quiet. The proximity to the promenade and old town was convenient.. 😢: The area felt a but unsafe at times but was fine. The drains were very smelly the whole time we were staying which was quite unpleasant. No air conditioning in the bedroom made for very hot night sleeps as it didn’t flow through to the bedroom well. The apartment was very small for 2 people but fine..

😊: Everything perfect. Strategic position, flat new, clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you need. Staff very kind and helpful.
