😊: The location was great, the property was clean and comfortable and it was good value.. 😢: The only issue was communication, but this is my problem and not the hosts. I cannot speak French and unfortunately all of the video instructions are in French. Because the room is in a unit complex attached to a shopping centre in the middle of a city, it was impossible initially to find exactly where we could park to collect the keys. it was also very hard to work out where the front of the property was. But once we had overcome those hurdles, everything was fine..

😊: Nice spacious and well equipped apartment in good location, close to amenities and tourist spots.. 😢: A touch of TLC needed in parts..

😊: Good sized, comfortable, airy apartment with kitchen facilities & washing machine. Well-located in the old town with private car parking facility.. 😢: Initial entry to the apartment & car park was confusing despite many information notes & videos. It could be simplified. Contact with host or manager was not straightforward..

😊: Right in the city centre, close to everything, fantastic location, lovely apartment.. 😢: The parking was challenging, thank you for all the information made it a lot easier.

Exceptionnel<br>#128578; Situation idéale pour visiter le centre historique, beaucoup de restaurants et magasins à proximité dont les Halles à 2 minutes en passant par le centre commercial. Accès du parking à l'appartement impeccable. Un vrai plus ! Logement très propre, confortable. On se sent comme à la maison. Les instructions du propriétaire pour l'arrivée sont très précises. Un deuxième couchage confortable dans le salon ( que ceux qui redoutent les convertibles se rassurent, il est magique à ouvrir et fermer, aucun coussin à retirer!) Wonderful stay in the heart...<br>#128578; The apartment as well as the property is very well maintained. It is super clean, spacious, quiet and stylish. We had everything we need for a comfortable stay. The beds are very comfy! The location is in the center of Nimes, close to train station and right next to the shopping center Le Capitol. Also it was nice to be able to park on the bottom floor. Host Philippe gave us detailed instructions for check-in and answered our question quickly. Exceptional<br>#128578; The apartment is really well located, right next to the shopping center Le Capitol and all amenities. It was clean, well equipped with option for baby cot which is appreciable. Apartment has air conditioning in both rooms, good mattress and lovely italian shower. The Concierge who manages the apartment sent us a video beforehand on how to enter in the apartment and have access to the car park which made the check-in so easy.
