Disappointing<br>#128578; Nothing really<br>#128577; Poor cleanliness (mattress protection cover are very dirty) Many things are broken or don’t work properly (shower head and pipe, oven / gas stove…) Comfort is minimal The person managing the flat is very slow in answering The area is fairly quiet but the insulation inside the apartment is poor so you can hear all the neighbour.

Außergewöhnlich<br>#128578; Sehr ruhige Lage- wir haben gut geschlafen. Gute öffentliche Anbindung für Parisbesichtigungen. Extrem gute Lage um die Heimreise nach Deutschland anzutreten.<br>#128577; Die Wohnung hat keine Terrasse, eher einen Balkon. Allerdings ist der so schmal das man bestenfalls einen Stuhl hinaus stellen kann. Das ist eher ein Stehbalkon zum Rauchen.
