😊: Raoul was very flexible and let us arrive a bit earlier to pick up the keys and drop our groceries in the property before check in. Also, he was very flexible in enabling a third room at the next-door property for part of our group. The house is in a very quiet area and very accessible to the main road connecting to the coast (Ouistreham, Cabourg, ...) and other attractions (e.g. Batterie de Merville is really recommended!). 😢: The house is very spacious and has a lot of potential, yet it has been renovated poorly, with some of the finishings playing against it. For example: the house aims for accessibility for people with disabilities/wheelchair users which we truly appreciate, but the bathroom floor is not properly levelled so a lot of water remains on the floor after showering, and there is a permanent humidity smell in the house. Also, the third room is actually part of an open space next to the kitchen, which doesn't have privacy. The kitchen could be better equipped to be more practical and efficient considering hosting groups of people. The house has a lot of potential, but in our eyes, it'd still require some further finishings..
