Excellent house and gardens. well equipped and in a good location to explore the area. Spotlessly clean

The accommodation is really great and the hosts are very nice. The garden is huge, it's ideal for families with small and older children. We felt very comfortable.

The house was very spacious and the garden was huge, which our two boys very much enjoyed. Only 15 minutes drive from a beautiful beach. We had a very relaxing stay.

Très agréable gite Très beau gîte aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur . Décoré avec goût et d'une grande propreté . Nous sommes même étonnés qu'il ne soit pas classé en 3 épis , il le mérite largement . Merci pour le très bon accueil des propriétaires .nous avons passé deux très bonnes semaines dans cette région magnifique.

Our stay in gîte "Blanche Hermine" was very relaxing. The house was clean and the garden more then perfect. For our 3 boys enough space to play footbal and other games outside. We even saw some deer several times. Everything was available, and in good shape. Our contact with the owner, Herve' was very good. Yvias is a good base for exploring this part of Bretagne. Very quit, but close to the sparkling Pamploi with the Carrefour within a 7 minutes drive. Beautiful Abbey, Pontrieux (Venice in France) and Roche Jagu, 45 minutes to côte Granit Rose and several beaches close by. Don't forget a visit to the island -I'll Brehat. I would recommend this house to everyone.

Maison de pecheur was perfect for our trip. Three adults and two small children - 1 and 3 - who enjoyed the spacious garden. The house was very comfortably and well equipped. Lots to do in surrounding area - Paimpol and Tréguier both interesting and attractive. Plage de Bréhec great beach

Excellent renovation, modern, spacious, light, airy and very clean. The property would be ideal for families as has a large garden and lots of equipment for children. Yvias is a quiet village with a small bar from which bread and pizza can be ordered the day before. Supermarkets can be found at Paimpol which is approximately a 10 minute drive. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend to others. Herve the owner was easy to contact and very helpful.

We had such a wonderful holiday in Yvias. Hervé and Béatrice were such accommodating hosts and nothing was too much. The house has been newly renovated to an excellent standard and is fully equipped with absolutely everything you might need. The garden is huge and safe and suited our four children perfectly. The location was great. Paimpol is very near and there is good access to a spectacular coast line. We had a super meal out on our last night at ´l’Astrolabe’ in Quemper Guezenec too, which is very close to Yvias. We would like to wish the hosts all the best possible for their future endeavours.
