😊: Clean and nice location.. 😢: Towels did not smell fresh, there was almost no pressure on the water which made showering a challenge... Also for doing the dishes, we needed patience. There is too little light in the shower and there's no dishwasher..

😢: Without a doubt, this is a lovely duplex apartment with a beautiful rustic alpine feel and plenty of space, great location and view. Unfortunately, our experience didn’t live up to the promise. We later found out that we were able to book just one night through Booking.com (which usually isn’t allowed), and it became clear that the apartment simply wasn’t prepared for us. When we arrived, it looked exactly as the previous guests had left it, piles of dirty bed sheets on the floor, unmade and dirty beds, an uncleaned bathroom, and a messy kitchen with everything still out. It was honestly quite shocking. We contacted the landlord, and to her credit, she did try to help by contacting the cleaning service. Later that night, they dropped off clean bed sheets at the door, which we then had to put on ourselves. Still, we had to spend the night in a place that clearly hadn’t been cleaned. On top of that, the heating was impossible to adjust properly. We tried several times to make it work, but we couldn’t get it to warm up, and we ended up freezing the whole night. After already dealing with the cleanliness issue, this made the situation even more uncomfortable. Despite everything, we left the apartment clean and respectful, cleaner than we found it, even taking out all the garbage, although there weren’t proper disposal facilities available. I politely asked the landlord for some form of compensation, since this is not a cheap place and we didn’t get the experience, we paid for, even though we were patient and understanding. She apologized and offered to refund the cleaning fee, but that never happened. It’s disappointing because the apartment itself has so much potential. Sadly, the poor preparation and lack of follow-through completely changed our overall impression.
