La Cabane Bain nordique

😊: The location was amazing, close to Bordeaux, five minutes by car from a supermarket, but it was still in a countryside location. Sophie, the host, was friendly and helpful, and made us feel very welcome. The apartment was fabulous, if you want peace and quiet, you'll be happy, I'm a very fussy sleeper as I sleep so lightly, and even with the ceiling fan on I could sleep, it was a remote controlled one and very quiet. A fairly busy road was close by, but I didn't hear a peep from it until the morning rush hour. The walk in shower was lovely, much appreciated, and the outdoor decking area was a nice place to take breakfast or sit for the evening, we arrived late, so a cup of coffee out there was all we had at night. The accommodation included a cooker and a hob, a toaster, microwave and a kettle. There was nothing missing. I would definitely stay again..

😊: Compact accommodation. Quiet location in the countryside. Able to sit and watch the red squirrels whilst relaxing.. 😢: Being rural you need to ensure you have some insect protection. OH got badly bitten by mosquitos. Did not spoil our short stay..
