😊: Excellent location, very peaceful yet very close to local amenities . Well equipped and the secure garden was excellent for our little dog. Daily visits by the ducks were a joy too.. 😢: Very strong smell of damp in the sitting room put us off using that room. Only toilet is downstairs so a bit of a mission if you need to use the facilities in the night..
