Perfect location for a relaxing...<br>#128578; Great location one block from the beach with both private beach clubs and public beaches, short walk to the center of the city - the marina and the old city with tons of restaurants and shops. It had a large balcony big enough to have 12 people for dinner and all sit outside.<br>#128577; Need to bring your own beach towels.

Exceptional<br>#128578; This place is such a gem in Cannes! We were so happy with everything - the place, the location, the facilities, the view. Our host was also super facilitating, allowing us early check-in (even though we only asked about baggage drop-off) AND late check-out (no one was coming right after us). Definitely thinking about returning. All the rooms had A/C!<br>#128577; The only issue we found - and that too is actually a minor thing - is that the wall between two adjacent showers was transparent. Thanks to that our company got to know each other in unexpected ways :).
