😊: Lovely quiet location. Clean and spacious for our family of 5. 😢: Parking is a bit tight for an estate car next to others but we all helped each other out with space where possible.

😊: Recently converted timber farm building, slightly quirky room arrangement, lovely little private terrace to enjoy any sunshine. Very convenient location for Giverny. Great patisserie/ boulangerie at nearby village of Bois-Jerome-Saint- Ouen run by very friendly couple, added bonus of breakfast deal of coffee and fantastic croissant. Also great small restaurant run by brother and sister,next to cafe serving quality fresh food with a twist of Reunion cuisine.. 😢: The sleeping arrangements were a bit confusing from the ad, although did warn of one bedroom accessed via a ladder. Would be possible but rather squashed to fit 7 guests in the place, although would work fine if some were children. However the beds were very comfortable and the shower room good. Kitchen needs more cutlery if having more than 4 people. We couldn’t work out how to use the induction hob, despite looking at instruction booklet. Oven was fine..

😊: Well appointed gîte with washing machine, dishwasher and cooking appliances. Characterful home with a lovely outside area for dining. Easy access with the key safe and free parking.. 😢: The ladder to the upstairs bedroom could be made more secure..

😊: The property is beautifully renovated, tasteful and very good kitchen equipment. 😢: It was difficult to find the entrance. It was still half a building site, mmaybe it will be better when the surroundings are tidied up.

😊: Very beautiful and comfortable inside. 😢: The view from the windows could be better.
