😊: The property was in excellent location close to great restaurants and shopping areas. Easy to navigate and walk around beautiful Épernay. Plenty of room to socialise or get own space in this property. It is spectacular and full of character and charm.. 😢: No fault of the owners but being near a restaurant that decided to set up at 4 AM right underneath the bedroom windows. Extremely Loud . Again no fault of the owners. It looks tired on the outside but inside is spectacular. Needs more than 1 teatowll.

😊: It was beautifully kept and much bigger than expected. The location was perfect..

😊: An excellent house with very spacious and comfortable rooms. Close to the avenue de champagne and fabulous restaurants. We loved the mix of old and modern.. 😢: Very little things like no dryer and a couple of basics missing in the kitchen.
